HAM LEGS

Iberian ham is the most delicious type of ham there is.  Iberico ham is considered a delicacy among many people and is richly flavoured with hints of nuts and is known for having a tender and delicate texture. Iberian ham is usually matured for 14 months or more for the best results and there are many types available, such as 100 bellota ham and serrano ham which can be found sliced into strips or directly from the ham leg. Each of these Iberian hams has its own unique flavour profile due to the age and curing process, which produces a heavenly result.
